School Description

We provide an online learning platform meaning that we can teach 1000s of students from all over China during a single lesson. It is an amazing platform which allows for families to access good education. We stream our lessons live and they are all recorded so students can access them repeatedly. Chinese teachers and foreign teachers work together to introduce the English language. You can get involved in curriculum development, movie making and editing, marketing, recruitment and training, it offers more opportunity to be involved in different departments and professional development. You get to be involved in something that is completely new and so rewarding. We are looking for people who want to teach, like being in front of the camera and are outgoing.

Location: Beijing.

Requirements to Teach English in China:

  • Speaks English at an Idiomatic level.

  • Degree: BA or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority).

  • Experience: TEFL / other teaching certificate OR 2 years teaching experience required.

  • Energetic, fun and likes to be in front of a camera. 

  • Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to China.

Responsibilities for Teachers in China:

  • Student age range: 3 - 12 years old.

  • Class size: Unlimited online.

  • Class length: 40 minutes to 1 hour.

  • Working Hours: 40 hours (Monday – Friday); office hours and teaching hours.

  • Curriculum: Teach classes online and offer constructive feedback regarding the curriculum. Shoot short videos for the students

What We Offer our Teachers:

  • Flight: One way to China.

  • Visa: Assistance in sponsored legal Z Work Visa in your home country and in China.

  • Insurance: Basic Chinese health insurance.

  • Arrival: Airport Pickup assistance.

  • On boarding: Ground service assistance.

Your compensation will include:

Net Monthly income: USD 2200 – 3400 (RMB 15,000 – 23,900) before tax *


  • Base Salary: USD 1900 – 2200 (RMB 13,000 – 25,000) *

  • Bonus: Monthly bonus USD 270 (RMB 1,900).

  • Bonus: Quarterly bonus USD 290 – 890 (RMB 2,000 – 6,000).

  • Bonus: End of contract completion bonus – one month’s salary.

  • Public Holiday: Chinese public holidays off*

  • Annual Holiday: 5 Paid annual leave.

  • Free annual health check.

Other benefits include:

  • Airfare bonus: After renewal of 2nd year contract.

  • On-going team-building activities organized by the school.
