School Description

UF (You Found English) is an English language learning center in Shenzhen which provides service to child aged 3-15. The educational idea is to promote mother-tongue teaching. We welcome passionate, patient, and professional instructors to join us. At UF, you’ll be provided with the educational resources to become the best teacher you can be. Our classrooms are facilitated with touch screen TVs and interactive whiteboards. Should you wish to advance your career with us, you will have the chance to move into teacher management within 2 years.


Position Description

  • Give lessons to high standards of English language teaching.
  • Develop and use supplementary materials as necessary.
  • Be able to cultivate children to have the interest in studying English, help children have great study methods and habits.
  • Maintain student and class records.
  • Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students.
  • Attend and participate in workshops in teacher development offered by the center.
  • Teamwork and follow the schedule.
  • Willingness to follow Principle’s instructions.


Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong


Requirements

  • Nationality: USA, UK, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, Ireland.
  • Age: 20-40 years’ old.
  • Degree: Bachelor’s Degree or above, Teaching majors are preferred.
  • Experience: At least one or more years of English related teaching experience.
  • Others: TEFL/TESOL certificate.


Responsibilities and other Detail

  • Student age range: 3-15 years old.
  • Class size: 4-10 students.
  • Class length: 1 hour.
  • Working Days & Hours: 40 hours per week, including 20 office hours. Working days Mandy, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Tuesday and Thursday off work.
  • Curriculum: English, STEAM, etc.
  • Chinese Teaching Assistant: Yes
  • On board Training: Yes
  • Work content detail: follow syllabus and plan lessons.

Your compensation will include

  • Base Salary: ¥15000-20000 per month.
  • Housing: ¥2000 allowance.
  • Bonus: yearly depends on performance.
  • Public Holiday: Chinese public holidays (paid).
  • Annual Paid Holiday: 5 paid holidays (increase depending on working years).
  • Sick Leave: Yes.
  • Pay Day: 10th of the following month.
