School Description

Kangjia kindergarten was founded in September 2014, it has over 20 branches in Suzhou, Changzhou and other cities. The kindergarten is multicultural and colourful, and our mission is doing everything we can to give children a happy childhood. Our purposes are based on five key points: make every kid: has a healthy body, a clear brain, two bright eyes for researching, a pair of nimble hands and being a polite person.


Ideal Candidate

We are looking for teachers who have a strong work ethic, be nurturing, student focused and become a part of the local community. Be Knowledgeable or willing to learn about the High/Scope curriculum including but not limited to having extended warm and positive conversations with children daily.


Responsibilities

  • Delivering quality English lessons.
  • Preparing lessons or attending training. 
  • Create interesting and fun classes.
  • Take part in events and marketing activities.


Requirements:

  • Speaks English at an Idiomatic level.
  • Degree: BA or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority).
  • Experience: TEFL / other teaching certificate OR 2 years teaching experience required.
  • Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to China.


Responsibilities and other Detail:

  • Student age range: 3—6years old.
  • Class size: 20 students per class.
  • Class length: 20 minutes per class.
  • Working Days & Hours: 40 teaching hours including office hour. Five working days each week from 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Curriculum: Designed by school.
  • Chinese Teaching Assistant: You will be assisted with a bilingual Chinese teacher.
  • On board Training: Training is 2 to 5 times per week during working time and paid.


What We Offer our Teachers:

  • Visa: Sponsored legal Z Work Visa.

  • Insurance: Medical insurance.


Your compensation will include:

Net Monthly income Total: USD 1500 – 1700 (10000 - 11000 RMB) after tax.

  • Base Salary: USD 1500 – 1700 (10000 - 11000 RMB) after tax.
  • Housing: Provided apartment.
  • Bonus: Annual bonus USD 2800 (18,000 RMB).
  • Airfare Bonus: Round ticket will be provided at the end of your contract.
  • Public Holiday: Paid Chinese public holidays.
  • Sick Leave: unpaid sick leave.
