Accept the arrangement by the director such as attending the promoting activities.
Prepare the class carefully and ensure teaching quality.
Manage and collect the teaching materials.
Cooperate well with the group members, help the course consultant test the students’ level.
Participate the variety of professional activities and communication organized by the department and have higher teaching level.
Speaks English at an Idiomatic level.
Requirements for native speakers from USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia or Canada: Bachelor’s degree or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority) plus have a TEFL / other teaching certificate OR 2 years teaching experience.
Requirements for non-native speakers: Bachelor’s degree plus a TEFL / other teaching certificate OR Bachelor’s degree in English plus 2 years teaching experience.
Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to China.
Student age range: Over 18 years old.
Class size: 25 to 40 per class.
Class length: 45 minutes per class.
Working Hours: 26 hours per week, from Monday to Friday 8:40 am to 5pm.
Curriculum: Oral English, ELTS, ESL.
Training: paid training mainly about; textbook introduction, teaching tips and class Evaluation.
Flight: One way to China.
Visa: Sponsored legal Z Work Visa.
Arrival: Airport Pickup assistance.
On boarding: Ground service assistance.
Monthly income: USD 1300 – 2700 (9,000 - 18000 RMB) before tax.
Housing: Free accommodation (single room) with basic facilities like air-conditioning, TV, bathroom, kitchen room, furniture, bedding etc.
Airfare Bonus: USD 1000 (RMB 8000) airfare reimbursement once the 12-month contract is fulfilled.
Over time: USD 15 (100 RMB) per hour.
Insurance: Chinese Medical Insurance.
Public Holiday: Chinese public holidays and 25th December paid off.
Annual Holiday: Paid Summer holiday (2 months, some students may attend school in this time which means teachers will work when students are there), Winter holiday USD 450 (around one month – 3000 RMB).
Sick Leave: unpaid sick leave.
Travel Allowance: USD 280 (RMB 2200) per year once the 12 months’ contract is fulfilled.
