School Description

Best Learning is one of the most recognized language schools in China. We teach students between the ages of 3 to 12 using American curriculum. Our pre-school and elementary English programs use award-winning McGraw-Hill textbooks, materials and lesson plans for an authentic and challenging academic environment. Teachers will teach English through various subjects such as Math, Science, Social Studies, and Reading. We are hiring responsible and charismatic teachers to fill positions in our schools in Jinan. We offer free apartment, bonus, airfare allowance and paid holidays for all teachers. Details of Position

As a Best Learning teacher, your responsibilities will be to teach from the books provided by the school, to plan lessons according to the curriculum provided and to attend marketing demo classes to help promote to potential students.


We expect our teachers to be happy, loving and eager to learn. We like teachers to be excited about teaching and willing to teach our students with humour and passion.

Requirements to Teach English in China:

  • Speaks English at an Idiomatic level.
  • Degree: BA or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority).
  • Experience: TEFL / other teaching certificate OR 2 years teaching experience required.
  • Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to China.

Responsibilities for ESL Teachers in China:

  • Student age range: 3 – 12 years old.
  • Class size: 10 - 14 students per class.
  • Class length: 45 minutes per class.
  • Working Hours: 35 hours (Wednesday – Sunday); office hours and teaching hours.
  • Curriculum: American curriculum using MCGraw Hill books, the teacher will teach reading, writing, history and math. All materials are provided for the teacher; teachers book, students book, teaching program. 
  • Chinese Teaching Assistant: You will be assisted with a bilingual Chinese teacher.
  • Training: On-boarding training provided when teachers first arrive.

What We Offer our ESL Teachers:

  • Visa: Sponsored legal Z Work Visa.
  • Arrival: Airport Pickup assistance.
  • On boarding: Ground service assistance.

Your compensation will include:

Net Monthly income: USD 1900-2100 (RMB 13,000 – 14,000) before tax *

  • Base Salary: USD 1600 - 1800 (RMB 11,000 – 12,000) before tax *
  • Housing: Provided studio or 2-bedroom apartment OR monthly stipend USD 180 (RMB 1,200) *
  • Bonus: Yearly bonus USD 150 – 1200 (RMB 1,000 – 8,000).
  • Airfare Bonus: Provided once contract is fulfilled USD 1000 (RMB 7,000).
  • Over time: USD 15 per hour (RMB 100).
  • Insurance: Basic health insurance.
  • Public Holiday: 11 paid annual days’.
  • Annual Holiday: 5 Paid days’ annual leave.
  • Sick Leave: Paid 3 sick leave, then 3 half-paid sick leave.

*Subject to working location details will be specified during the interview process with the recruiter or school.

Beile Training School is an English Training Institution that uses the “Subject-based Total Immersion” method to teach English to children.
