Profile Photo * Why is a photo needed? Unlike other cultures, most Asian cultures prefer to see a professional photo on a resume. In China, a professional photo is standard practice on all resumes. Culturally, China puts emphasis on personal relationships & they want to feel like they can relate to you when assessing your experience and achievements.
